Camille Lowe
Camille Lowe represents District 4 on the Chattahoochee Hills City Council. With a background in biopharmaceutical sales and a commitment to preserving the area’s rural character, she focuses on sustainable development, local businesses, and protecting natural resources.

Herb Brown
Herb Brown is a retired psychiatrist with an M.D. from Harvard and former positions at Cambridge and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. A long-time conservationist and climate advocate, most recently, he has supported The Working Farms Fund, a business plan for a Chatt Hills Food System, and a Farm Land Survey. His work includes supporting next gen farmers and their needs.

Daron Joffe
Daron "Farmer D" Joffe is a biodynamic farming expert, author of Citizen Farmers, and founder of Citizen Farmers Academy. He designs farm-based communities, or "agrihoods," that integrate sustainable agriculture with community living, aiming to reconnect people with food and the environment.

Kimberly-Taylor Cloud
Kimberly Taylor-Cloud is an attorney currently practicing as a partner at CloudLaw, LLC, previously with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. She also served on the City of Chattahoochee Hills Historic Commission, focusing on conservation and heritage preservation initiatives.

Doug Cloud
Doug Cloud is a well-recognized environmental lawyer with a practice of defending clients in administrative, appellate, and permitting proceedings. His work includes the acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment of properties with environmental concerns, and the strategic application and use of environmental conservation covenants and brownfields protections and liability allocations related to such properties. He is also the the Chair of the Planning Commission of the City of Chattahoochee Hills.

John Rex "JR" Fuqua
John Rex "JR" Fuqua is a land specialist for Macallan Real Estate and the owner and manager of Ridgeway Farms. With a deep-rooted passion for sustainable agriculture, his goal is to provide high-quality meat processing and foster a responsible, locally sourced food supply for metro Atlanta. He aims to bridge the gap between ethical livestock production and consumer demand for sustainable, farm-to-table products.

Lily Rolader
Lily Rolader Baucom is the Executive Director of the Georgia Foundation for Agriculture, co-founder of the Georgia Agricultural Wellness Alliance, and a consultant specializing in nonprofit management and food systems. She advocates for farmer mental health and leads initiatives supporting agricultural education and rural resilience in Georgia.

Program & Administrative Coordinator
Nicolle Fenstra
Nicolle Fenstra is a community engagement leader and biodynamic agriculture practitioner with a 17-year career in strategic communications, including senior roles at McKinsey & Company. Her work spans agritourism, farm operations, and program development that strengthens local food systems. She is the Co-Founder of The Empathy Farm, a farmer with The Good Place Farm, and the Program & Administrative Coordinator for the Chattahoochee Hill Country Conservancy.
